Thesis : "Drivers and mechanisms of microbiome assembly in plants"

In my Ph.D. I have explored various ecological processes that underpin plant microbiome assembly using a variety of plant species spanning from trees in form of eucalypt to native and exotic grasses with respect to Australian flora. I have set up both glass house and large-scale field experiments extensively for incorporating soil measurements and host traits along with amplicon sequencing to explore the knowledge gaps which I have identified.
